Terms and Conditions of First Aid Course Leeds

Agreement Overview These terms and conditions govern the relationship between First Aid Course Leeds (a trading name of Safe Haven Training Limited, hereafter referred to as "First Aid Course Leeds") and the Customer. They constitute the complete agreement between parties and supersede any previous terms and conditions. All business conducted with First Aid Course Leeds is subject to these terms and conditions.

Amendments to the Terms Any variations to these terms and conditions must be made in writing by an authorised representative of First Aid Course Leeds.

Formation of Contract A binding contract is formed upon First Aid Course Leeds confirming acceptance of the Customer's order for services or goods (the "Contract").

Group Bookings – Invoicing & Payment Payment for group bookings may be required at booking time, or an invoice will be issued 30 days before the course start date. Payment must be received by either 30 days after invoice date or 14 days before course commencement, whichever is earlier. For bookings made within 14 days of the course, payment is required before course commencement.

Open Course Bookings – Invoicing & Payment For individual course bookings, payment may be required at booking time, or an invoice will be issued 30 days before the course. Payment is due either 30 days from invoice date or 14 days before the course start date, whichever comes first. Payment secures your place regardless of attendance.

Cancellation Policy Consumers may cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 within 14 days of booking ("Cancellation Date"). Cancellations must be made via email. For courses starting within 14 days of booking, cancellation must occur before course commencement. This doesn't affect statutory rights.

Course Certification and Payment

• Certificates may be withheld until full payment is received
• No refund for course failures; full fee remains payable
• No refund for non-attendance
• Customers are responsible for booking delegates onto correct courses

Booking Cancellations Written cancellation (email only) is required. Refunds are issued for cancellations made more than 10 working days before course start date. Full payment remains due for cancellations within 10 working days of the course.

Course Locations Course prices apply to locations within Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, and surrounding Yorkshire areas within a 60-mile radius of our Leeds base. Additional charges may apply for locations outside this area.

VAT and Pricing All prices exclude VAT unless specified otherwise. VAT will be charged at the current rate.

Accreditation Our First Aid at Work certifications are accredited by relevant bodies including Qualsafe Awards and FAIB, valid for three years.

Replacement Certificates

• Electronic replacements: Free of charge
• Printed replacements: £10.00 + VAT
• Ofqual certification replacements: £25.00 + VAT
